Exactly! I'm actually kind of stunned by the number of (ostensibly competent) candidates who are just reading stuff verbatim without any qualms. Across the political spectrum.

We also make a backup recording, ideally right from the sound system, so if the livestream audio is bad, we can make a new video afterward with the clean recording. Have done that with several forums now (Ward 1 in Varsity, Ward 7, mayoral). youtu.be/b942T1C3i-8?...
