I see we're talking about pirating books again today-- don't do this.

My budget has been tight this year, I get it. That's why I've been getting a ton of books from the library. With Libby and Overdrive it's just as convenient as Amazon, there's no reason not to use it. And authors still get paid.

Just a friendly reminder as we go into the holidays:

Folks don't have to explain to you why they don't drink.

If you offer them a drink and they decline, don't ask them why. It's not your business.

Just offer them something without alcohol to drink instead. And move on.

Honestly? Undiagnosed ADHD+too much internal sense of right/wrong to happily work in private sector+never not been interested in people+(un)healthy dose of "don't feel like I'm helping unless I'm actively going out of my way/harming myself to aid another"

Definitely some trial and error there.
