They have a 2nd privacy policy attached that goes into more detail about what is shared and why and says it's applicable to the above policy. So I would agree it would be really hard to argue they could justify selling personal / private info.
^ is much more explicit and it seems like it can only be shared on the basis of being applicable to RubyGems and making the service better. So I *highly* doubt it could be construed as being able to sell your personal info based on above.
Also worth noting the previous linked one says everything in the RubyGems.org privacy applies, so it'd be really hard to argue in my opinion they would be "right" to sell personal data. (Not a lawyer, just my opinion from reading both pages)

doesn't technically say they *will* sell it, but doesn't say they *won't* sell it either, and I can't find anything in there in regards to selling, and the "Service Provider" section doesn't mention anything about anonymization 🤷♂️ so the answer seems to be its at their discretion and applicable laws?
> We may share aggregate or de-identified information with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, and other purposes, provided such information does not identify a particular individual.
Doesn't specifically say private, but Ruby Central policies do state that it permits selling / sharing "personal" information in an "aggregated or de-identified fashion".
Gotcha. Also, I don't know if you're accepting additional proposals, but where would one propose "iOS Safari properly locking body scrolling like every other browser"?
I'm curious why customized built-ins are on there, I had assumed the WebKit team had said "no" to that in favor of Custom Attributes? Or did I miss something?
After coming down with the plague™️ for the last few days , i'm starting to feel about 80% better and somehow stumbled on the solution (don't ask me how I discovered the `build` option 😅)
