i used to make homemade green bean casserole from scratch (with bacon!) and it is, regrettably, Extremely Good

i say regrettably bc it’s a lot of work
Another food take since many people are doing green bean casserole. Campbell's cream of mushroom soup is garbage, but better than the other versions.

Homemade is so much better, and you don't have wheat as a filler, but pureed mushrooms for bulk. It's not just a little but a lot better.

Looks like a posthog Maven package is now affected

* only package manager which you know this is regularly happening to

It's almost certainly happening in other ecosystems, but you're perhaps not yet hearing about it

> Turbo can also speed up perceived link navigation latency by automatically loading links on mouseenter events, and before the user clicks the link. This usually leads to a speed bump of 500-800ms per click navigation.

that seems....wrong...

🚨 check your dependencies!

in these 500+ packages, three third-party nuxt modules were affected:

- @alexcolls/nuxt-ux
- @alexcolls/nuxt-socket.io
- @posthog/nuxt

no dependencies of nuxt itself, or any of our first party modules, were affected.
We have updated this list to include more than 500 packages and 700+ affected versions, as well as a technical analysis of the attack. socket.dev/blog/shai-hu....

A reporter asks if Mamdani stands by calling Trump a fascist. Mamdani starts to give a delicate answer.

Trump (smiles, pats Mamdani's arm): "That's OK, you can just say yes. It's easier. I don't mind."
