The thing about NIL and the Portal is that it’s closed the gap between what used to be top tier and mid tier jobs.

Florida is no longer a clearly superior job to, say, Ole Miss or Arkansas or Missouri.

+ It’s surrounded by dozens of roots-less suburbs.

+ Folks that are actually from Atlanta, and its suburbs, have generally been priced out and now live in the exurbs.
