Told you guys that Wisconsin was trending towards a re-up with UA. Under Armour still wants to be a player in college athletics.
Under Armour has generally been shedding deals so a notable 10 year extension with Wisconsin, which includes an NIL component like other recent deals.

my suspicion is that the "fuck the mormons" chants at football games are less about evangelical hatred (although thats real) than it is about mormonism having absolutely zero juice in american culture, and there is nobody in any student's life to tell them "hey dont do that". Also, alcohol.
(part infinity of my ongoing amazement that mormons try to be part of the evangelical in groups of the world instead of showing solidarity with other minority groups)

We really do have two different kinds of law now: District Court law (aka the law), and Supreme Court "law" (aka the U.S. House of Lords upholding Trump's personalist regime)
I don’t know what the Supreme Court will do, but I am confident that at the District Court level it is still the case that the Pentagon cannot recall a sitting US Senator to active duty in order to court martial him for something he said. Article 1, Section 6, among other constitutional provisions.

I’m not sure if there’s more than one college AD in Bluesky. I can count the number of industry executives, agents, assistant coaches, etc on two hands. When the people I gotta talk to for the job leave, I’ll leave too. It’s why LOTS of reporters are still there.
I wish more would breakaway. I know several people that have said they only reason they ever check Twitter is sports. The writers are the product there. They leave the audience follows. 🤷♂️
