An unusually cold and strong early season storm will affect most of California over next 2 days. As rain sweeps southward, expect mountain snow, locally gusty winds, and a progressively higher chance of thunderstorms from north to south from SF Bay Area to LA region. #CAwx
Widespread rain (and mountain snow) will fall with this early-season storm in California, as depicted in this precipitation accumulation map from the ECMWF model. Widespread totals of one half to an inch are likely, with some local spots seeing double or more that amount where heavy downpours align.

Attention San Francisco Bay Area: Don’t let today’s sunshine fool you. Monday is going to be the stormiest day since last winter, with thunderstorms capable of generating rainfall rates up to a half inch per hour. Afternoon looks wettest. Clear your gutters and drains in the meantime! #CAwx

Some rock stars posing before heading into the #ParachuteDays x @kwmrradio.bsky.social fundraiser! And check out this groovy poster! Who made it? Just found out the amazing wooden stage was designed and built by local artist Gabe Korty. Does it need a home at my place after tonight? 👀
Two men stand in front of a banner advertising KWMR. They look decidedly cool. A groovy 1960s inspired poster advertising it says: parachute days space X KWMR

Hey #WestMarin - Come down to Toby’s, support @kwmrradio.bsky.social’s fundraiser, eat great food, enjoy music, find community with your neighbors on this perfect autumn day- we miss you! kwmr.org/post/17799
The KWMbar has drinks for sale and friendly local bartenders. Hog Island is slinging oysters. A picture of two people wearing aprons, holding tools and standing in front of a box full of ice and oysters. A menu of delicious tacos made from our local taco truck, but is now a taco tent. People stand in line at a register, waiting to order their delicious lunch. A wide array of delicious pizza is being made to order. Good prices. Two people stand at the table. They appear to be children, but their faces are obscured.

Everybody’s coming out to the @kwmrradio.bsky.social fundraiser today from 2-7! Come hand w/ your neighbors & listen to amazing music while supporting our local radio station. We lost all of our federal funding so we’re relying on all of you to help. Keep our community safe and thriving.
A handsome couple stands beside their baby bassinet, wearing cowboy hats and smiles. Don’t you wanna hang out with these people? Two older white gentlemen, stand and pose for the camera. One is wearing a KWMR T-shirt. They both have smiles on their face and are excited for the proceedings to start. Won’t you join us? The key WMR stage is set for music and evening activities. Large yellow letter spelling out KWMR sit in front of the stage. The stage itself is made of wood and symbolizes our beautiful hills and the sun. Wooden chairs are set up in front of the stage. Ready for some music? The key WMR 10 has tickets for oysters for sale that you can buy with Apple Pay and they’re also selling drinks. Come and support your community.
