Hi, I'm LeafStranger, I cosplay angry redheads and characters for whom it'd make sense to hand out cookies, and sometimes there's crossover. Most of my posts will be of my pets, or of baking adventures.

She'll be prettier tomorrow once she's willing to be brushed; people tend to do show baths for altered cats two days before so that the natural oils can return. (Unaltered cats tend to be a lot, er, greasier).

Probably because the Venn Diagram of artistic merch people and cat people is a circle? I haven't been to this one so I honestly don't know, but apparently it's the biggest one in the world? I just want to get Gaia her CFA Grand Premier and then I can stop CFA shows. XD;

Off to the CFA show tomorrow, so Gaia got a show bath again and, according to her, Barely Survived.

Therefore, she needed ALL the wet food once she was dry.

The other one is this:

A big, fluffy, grey and white cat has tucked himself against the sleepy person from the previous photo, both in a bed. He looks judgmentally satisfied with where he is and unlikely to move. The Papillon dog's ears are faintly visible in the background, as is the person's face from the nose down, smiling faintly.

Randomly contemplating what cosplay would be a. Comfy enough, b. Recognizable enough, and c. Not be too far from my pets' naming scheme to wear to a cat show, just to get the double-takes.

There are many reasons getting out of bed is hard, but the main one today is this:

The prompt for day 5 of Erenweek was Hidden Place.
I always viewed Erenville as someone who is an incredibly emotionally closed off character. As such, he rarely, if at all, opens up — even to those closest to him.

While I think he learns to be better about it in the long run, he still finds solace when on his own.

First of all, ‘woah’ is not yet considered an established spelling variant of ‘whoa.’

While ‘woah’ has grown in prevalence since the late 20th century, ‘whoa’ is still about 5 times as common as ‘woah.’

A lot of Americans don't know this, but the winner of the Canadian election will be required live in a small cottage located in the backyard of the palace where the viceroy to the King of England lives.

The cottage just recently got a new wifi router, which was very exciting for all Canadians.
