And if you don’t think you have a particular virtue- for example, if you don’t feel very generous- you should certainly *act* like you are, enough times so that it becomes a habit. If you repeatedly *act* generously, you’re generous, regardless of how you feel.

So this IL Hospital Association memo describes an incident where ICE detained a US citizen, gave them HEART PROBLEMS, took them to a hospital where the fought with medical personnel, then left when they realized they detained a CITIZEN.
