Sorry about the headache. I suffer from migraines so I understand. From what I’m reading the police gave a variance to exceed the noise limit. And there were many complaints.

CDOT is expanding the use of cameras to issue automated speeding tickets

The effort comes as speed-related crashes and deaths increase across the state.
