all the US trailers for the 2002 movie Hero showed this badass scene where the nameless hero stands courageous as arrows rain down. and then you watch the movie and the literal next second is him getting completely killed by arrows.

but seriously this sucks and hurts. and the worst thing is i was asking for it lol. i was knowingly being unsafe (cutting wood with a steak knife as a saw, with the wood in one hand and the knife in the other, like i was whittling) and fate was like "eat it"

plus you get to spend two hours, twice a week, being guiltlessly helpless. you're not even allowed to call your own uber. dunno if that appeals to everyone but i thought it was nice
