Maybe. Definitely allows you to double the loop lenghth with overdubs, etc, and to practice in rehearsal mode before committing to record. Volante is just one loop, in record all the time!

OK, maybe not my first 100% solo electric show. I believe I played 2 or 3 songs at Islington Town Hall for Red Wedge in 1988 with a drum machine and my Gibson 330.
