““Burn, burn,” he said, according to the intercepts. “I want the whole kibbutz to be in flames.”

“Set fire to anything,” a commander in the northern Gaza city of Jabaliya referred to as Abu al-Abed said around the same time.”

A directive, which Israeli officials believe was written by Yahya Sinwar, the powerful leader of Hamas in Gaza, and recordings called for fighters to target soldiers and civilian communities — and to broadcast the violent acts.

I am not aware of a cadence when writing, but I hear it after I write in longhand, and that helps. You're closer to it and you have to cross things out. You put a line through it, but it's still there. You might need it. When you erase a line in a computer it's gone forever.

Personally I am willing to take the financial hit so long as they are both stripped of all titles, assets and made to sit in the stocks to be pelted with rotten fruit -- ideally mobile stocks that travel around the country so we all get a go

There's also a deeper problem here of 'history' as some repository of 'lessons' for current policy makers. Doesn't work like that for a whole range of reasons, many of which were clearly laid out by the late Ernest R. May.
And no, history doesn't 'rhyme either'

A good article on the psychological aspects of the current European drone scare, which brings in the (Scandinavian) 1930s ghost planes, 1940s ghost rockets, and 1980s ghost subs (thanks to an interview with Robert Bartholomew, who was an inspiration for my own mystery aircraft research)

Dr. Seuss went hard during WWII.
Lessons should have been learned.
A satirical comic drawn by Dr. Seuss with a train with a swastika on the front of the engine is barreling down the tracks, and a man in a jacket is sitting on the train tracks wearing an "America First" jacket trying to reassure Uncle Same that the train will turn off at a point labeled "Appeasement Junction" onto a far too small track and not run him over.

Someone made a new bitcoin account, betted against the market 30 minutes before Trump made the announcement. Got 88 million USD profit, cashed out. It was apparently one of two accounts other made more! Inside trading was rare because rich people hated losing money, nobody cares about cryptobros
