baseball is the best preparation for death because it does not come with a clock that tells you when your suffering will end one way or the other

Cheers but it's fine about the Pads. It's what they do.

Yeah this is a lot of sliders. Must have found something in the data for this to be the gameplan and it's worked so far!

Price and built in content libraries for folks are two massive selling points, absolutely.

"The Steam Deck is a wonderful and beloved device – for the relatively small number of consumers who own one."

Yep. And Steam Deck is dominant in PC Portable market share.

So many manufacturers are jumping in to see what happens, but outside of Steam Deck... not a lot has been happening.

Rob Fahey says that although handheld gaming devices are now a hot sector, nobody who isn’t Nintendo is actually selling many. "Building a dedicated handheld Xbox with a commitment to sell at least ten million units would have been pure hubristic madness."

Been a minute since we had a server melting launch. Good sign!

Hopefully folks in the queue will be calm, cool and collected and maybe go for a walk or something and try it again in a bit!

That can happen, right? Right?

Thread:

A year ago yesterday was a very happy day for me. I had lost my prostate. It was good riddance, as it was riddled with cancer. I’m now cancer-free — and thankful for the tax-funded technology that saved my life.

Well, around 90% of console/PC players also play mobile, so yeah. Overwhelming majority of players play across 2 or more platform types.

I'd leave it all behind to see a Pads playoff clincher but lucky for me that's not likely to ever happen again so

Real fans would quit their jobs cmon now.

If not the Padres of it all! Only Will Myers gave us that power and dude is long gone. Such is life.

Pretty sure I caught Covid in early 2020 at the Santa Clara Hilton while playing Gylt on Stadia via hotel wifi in the lobby bar just to see if I could do it (it worked way better than expected!) while the couple next to me kept coughing and wheezing. Good times.

The question specifically asked here is "How often do you typically purchase a new game?"
