Me da una tristeza y rabia inmensas ver como solo ayudan en casos que puedan tener repercusión mediática, para lo demás, te tardan meses en responder, las formas de contacto son las mismas de las empresas de las que se quejan, aparte de subir más del 50% la cuota, confianza en Facua perdida al 100%.

"Cables roídos por roedores". Fue la excusa que usó Enterprise para cargarle 504 euros María, una vecina de Alcalá de Guadaíra, después de que devolviese su coche de alquiler.

Ha reclamado a través de @facua.org y... ¡Magia! la compañía ha anulado la deuda.

Enterprise le cobra 540 euros por devolver el coche de alquiler con "cables roídos por roedores": FACUA logra que le anulen la deuda

La empresa le envió una carta donde reclamaba a una usuaria el dinero de la reparación de unos supuestos daños que ella no había provocado.
