Yeah the only thing I’d deeply deeply miss was Mexico and Central Italy (but I’d still get Sicily and a dash of Southern Italy to mitigate) —but India, Southeast Asia and the vast majority of China plus vast majority of Southwest Asia are too powerfully delicious to pass up
