I'd really appreciate if writers these days took a look at their characters doing therapyspeak and whether that's appropriate for their work and their world.

By "therapyspeak" I mean speaking like this: "This is the emotion I'm feeling, and feeling that emotion makes me want to act in a way"

whether healthy foods or exercise (or addressing health concerns) is whats most affective for getting weight back down for ppl, to me its always impossible unless my thyroid med is adjusted to the right dose as necessary

hypothyroidism since birth here, severe enough id go into a coma without my levothyroxine

i would really, really recommend getting back on meds! for overall health sake, ur thyroid affects a LOT especially energy. irt weight, ik i gain when my levels drop even tho i can hardly eat—
