i also forgot abt stage points idk how that would skew things... the current points system getting a revamp would fix so much. instead of win and you're in have you considered: making a win count for more than a 1 point margin over 2nd

ah i see i think that one is using the 1975-2003 points system and the racing-reference table is using the current points system (which is made somewhat redundant come playoff season)

the thing that makes this story so extremely awful is that Brianna had a supportive and loving community online even though she struggled with anxiety in her day to day life. Her mother is looking at an unspeakable crime in Brianna's in-person school and blaming it on Brianna having online friends
