Once the cyclist is gone, Blue and Green turn to look at each other in confusion.

19) Valeriy lies all the damn time and does it out of a mix of perceived necessity, delusion, and habit. Zhenya leans more honest on a day-to-day basis, but would lie and not feel particularly bad about it if he felt the situation warranted it.
