Why are they trying to make a playerbase, who AREN'T (at least a majority) interested in customisations, play this??? Do they even KNOW why we enjoy genshin???

Genshin devs so stumped at how to get their playerbase to spend more (if they actually looked at player surveys, they'd know what players actually wanted. I.e more character optimisations, artifact optimisations, better endgame design), they shove a Roblox ripoff in the game
