It's not lost on me that the part of the White House we are destroying is the part that has to do with women's history in the White House.
NEW: NBC News confirms that the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, on the east side of the White House, has been destroyed as part of the demolition of the East Wing.

This is the Canada ad Trump lost his mind over. Shocker, he’s lying—it is Reagan’s real voice.

He’s now cutting off trade with Canada because he’s scared it could mess with the Supreme Court case over his “reciprocal” tariffs.

We’ve been warning people about Bannon’s “3rd term” chatter for a while. Goes without saying that his “will of the American people” is bullshit. They cheat.

We warned people about their Project 2025 playbook.
P25 is now in full effect.

Believe what they say AND what they do.

Vote #YesOnProp50 🗳️
They don’t GAF about the Constitution, and they’ll do whatever it takes to keep Trump breathing long enough to seize a third term.

So when you start thinking your vote doesn’t matter, remember this: they know it does. That’s why they’re trying to take it from you.

This isn’t going to end well.

Today would have been Ursula K. Le Guin’s 96th birthday. I celebrated by visiting The Word for World: The Maps of Ursula K. Le Guin at AA Gallery in London. What a treat! A selection of her maps & drawings. And a beautiful book! Happy birthday @ursulakleguin.com

Why isn’t the unemployment of Black womens a feminist four alarm fire?
My mother always taught me when I was young that there is always someone better than you at something. I find that’s really taken the pressure off of me as a creative. My life experiences are unique and I bring that into my work. If it’s all relevant it’s all valuable. So I create.
Love Mad God. It’s so good. I could probably watch it a million times and notice something different for the first time every single time.

70 years ago, on this date, Emmett Till was kidnapped and brutally murdered by white men.

His family, including his cousin who was with him at the time, is repeating the train ride he took from Chicago to Mississippi in 1955 to mark the anniversary
I have yet to see the polycule be anything even remotely resembling “reliable” in this matter. So not true in my case. Still hilarious. 🤣 One can hope.

“We live in capitalism, its power seems inescapable — but then, so did the divine right of kings. Any human power can be resisted & changed by human beings. Resistance & change often begin in art.”
