this is the hard part of having both ADHD & autism (or maybe my underlying need to be accepted); I really don't want to be around people & yet when I am I want to communicate with them. I guess if there's enough people there who are similar it could work

I want a garden & access to the country much more than I want a pub, but it would be nice to have a local. I forsee a potential future of being eventually barred for my inability to try to change minds after 2 medium red wines. Or maybe I'll lean into the NB & ND stuff & be a tolerated mascot

a lot of the places we've been having a neb around to move to in 2027 have flag-shagger vibes & unfortunately I don't think we are going to be able to avoid the possibility of ending up in a Reform area. But at least now they are showing themselves so we know who make extra efforts to avoid

I feel it can stem sometimes from neurodivergency; social pathways need work & if replaced with acclaim for creative output, will be underdeveloped. ND brains are often primed for creativity & obsession. Negative feelings about selfish outcomes can be drowned with drink & drugs

I think to truly let talent shine you have to withdraw from the world. And some people do that in a hermit way, others who still require people can only be around them in simple, selfish ways, they don't have time for the needs of others & as their ego grows they see people as mere sources

happens all the time, is accepted & ignored. It's a direct line to actual pain, it's like watching a documentary & we shouldn't be immune to it & animal suffering should not, as seems to be more common lately, be a filmic device to elicit a reaction; certainly not if it is graphic.

I don't know whether or not Babylon is a good film but I always like to watch an epic. But suggested peril to an elephant in the opening scene plus actual depiction of harm to a rat & animals being kept poorly & I'm out. It hits different with animals & I wish filmmakers realised this. I feel it's a little irresponsible to not follow up the hay-wiping scene with a reminder to have a wee afterwards & definitely not use hay down there. Also, cooked or raw bacon? If it was raw it wouldn't smell strongly. Other than that, 🤌🤣🥂🤹🏆🔥

I do! My brain told me last night to look up the giant thing; is the location Ilkley Moor? Although I'm a woods person, the springy heather there & the rocks & all that do appeal, you could hide from marauders at least 😆

It's been so much easier to cope because we have the babies, but, of course I feel guilty for that. I feel guilty about other things also but I'm letting myself have those feelings, because it's just my sadness not knowing how to manifest; I need to let whatever it is happen so I can move through

I think that's part of why I have rats (& why I've always loved small rodents). They remind me that our ability to conquer & change is because of our physical size, not because we have an inherent right. Tiny sweet babies that have more life in them than most people I know

I've heard that word, it's beautiful. I should say read. Hee, I was pleased that my mum's ancestral investigations finally bore fruit (that I I can eat) & she found out that my ancestry is more Welsh than anything else, the rest a bit of Scottish & English. Rwy'n falch.
