That really struck me seeing Tristan at Bayreuth this year; the lighting worked so much better in the house than it did on video.

The Bayreuth Parsifal, on the other hand, was in a box and didn't look any better in person (ignoring AR glasses)

My first time at Symphony Hall in Boston! It will not be my last (I have a ticket for the organ recital tonight, lol)

Much of the chorus, orchestra in stage after the concert, accepting applause. The four soloists in dark formal outfits and the orchestra and chorus conductors are also present.
