That's usually what happens when I do take a week off the gym, I can up my weights when I get back. I need to stop feeling anxious for just a few missed days 😅

Yea it will help, more muscle recovery so usually I can push harder when I get back, I just have crazy anxiety when I can't go 😅 like my brain seem to think missing a few days will result in losing all my muscle mass and gaining 50 pounds of fat overnight 😂

I won't be able to go to the gym, hike or train archery for almost a week and it's triggering a lot more anxiety than it should. Shouldn't I be "yay let my body rest for a week!" and welcome the break like a normal person? Maybe I do have a problem 🤔

Or they'll do what they did in the us... Impoverished the population so much that the army becomes one of the very few last options for a lot of people, especialy in more remote and uneducated areas

They asked if I wanted to do competition and I said yes eventually, and they said they'll hook me up with their best competition shooters for coaching later on if I'd be interested in that and hell yes I am!

Today I made my inability to keep my archery training to 1h instead of 3h statistically significant.

BUT, two of the club's directors saw my shooting today and said it was impressive being at that level only a few months in. 🥹 Now I want to try even harder
