there’s been several young kids kidnapped from this school by ICE & in addition to the bomb threat getting called in, there were ICE vehicles staged in the parking lot of the school at 6:15am
"Classes have been called off in the Columbia Heights school district today due to what officials are calling a bomb threat. The closure comes as 5-year-old preschool student Liam Conejo Ramos & his father from Columbia Heights were released from an ICE detention center in Texas and returned to MN."

They also own Chloe (few blocks away) which is in the Canopy Hilton building. They’ve been hurting a lot because of the publicity of ICE staying at the hotel but they have nothing to do with that and are doing a lot to support the community! Both locations closed to support the strike on 1/23.

Not a judgment and IDK how you overcome it but...it's striking that every time a fresh national news story drops about ICE in the Twin Cities (ProPublica today), a lot of people respond with "Wow, I didn't realize it was that bad" and everyone in MN goes "Yes and it's a hundred times worse"
