(I switched maple syrup for honey, as I had that in my small pantry)

Yeasted Pumpkin Bread Recipe

This classic sandwich loaf has an autumnal twist: pumpkin purée is used in place of water to hydrate the dough, along with adding a gorgeous orange hue and subtle flavor.

Made yeasted pumpkin bread rolls instead of a single loaf (mostly bc I didn't have a small enough baking pan)

6 yeasted pumpkin bread rolls after the second poofing. The rolls are neatly arranged in a small cast-iron skillet/pan and waiting to be put in the oven.

The same six rolls after baking, still sitting in the cast-iron skillet/pan. The rolls now have a lovely golden brown color and the whole arrangement in the pan looks a bit like a flower. (Cam't wait to have some for breakfast tomorrow!)

It’s been a while since the last etymology thread so here’s the history of the word cellphones!

In the 1990s, the US and the UK started using “cellular phone, defining “cell” as “unit” and “phone” as “connection.” The reason for that was-
