This actually does work to reset your sleep hygiene. Also gives your brain a break. If you can’t sleep doing anything else in a different room
until you’re more relaxed and tired helps.

oh btw if you guys liked Silent Hill f may I suggest Detention. It's by the same studio that made Devotion. It takes place during White Terror in Taiwan and has some really great horror elements from Taiwanese mythology.
