I also saw tons and tons of deliveristas (delivery bikers) on all sorts of different gear - there were pretty common cheaper ebikes, Tern HSD's hauling Carla trailers for bigger cargo, and Amazon four wheelers - plus ebike specific shops all over.

I tried my darnest to put this in the ordinance because I want to see this in Chicago but it feels like one of those things where your city needs the will to make it succeed and want to learn. You can say whatever you want the first time, but if you aren't willing to improve it's worthless.

Weird conundrum but if the courts actually hold the TRO, maybe less of my neighbors would get disappeared. But what do I know (or not know), I just work here.

Based on how many rapid response messages are coming in, ICE has been way more active the past two weeks. If Pritzker thought he was helping out the protesters here, all he did was enable more of the thing they're protesting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Waging that having the IL State Police handle protesters at Broadview has resulted in a worse outcome. As a tradeoff, ICE has new capacity to go into neighborhoods to nab people, which is what the protests have been about! It's not like IPA has been treating everyone well either.

Presumably. I'm always worried there is something I don't know but I double checked with the cook county zoning explorer and it's for sure city property.

O'Hare and Midway are both operated by the Chicago Department of Aviation, it's city property (I-190 is owned by the state of Illinois).
