this was my experience esp all throughout last year. like I was always second-guessing my methodological approach to even the most basic research questions that any writing I produced was evidently too broad and general. in the end, it left me feeling aimless and unfulfilled

new mildly frustrating thing I'm starting to notice is a crop of redditors who, when asked how they solved their pressing tech problem, simply reply with "oh I just asked ChatGPT/Claude to do it"
