Nothing I can definitely put my finger on but I'm feeling there is a slight uptick in battle tempo from the Ukraine side. If I'm right the pace of Ukraine attacks should increase on logistics and transportation nodes.

Congrats to everyone who put Republicans in charge "for the economy," the first three quarters of 2025 already had more layoffs than any of the years in which Biden or Obama was President except 2009 (when Dems were still cleaning up the prior Republican mess).

It’s been harder than normal to get a grasp on the US labor market lately, with several agencies that produce key economic data, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, going dark during the government shutdown. Even before that, President Donald Trump’s efforts to downsize the US government left holes in the sprawling federal statistical system. But private datasets have helped fill in some of the gaps.

A report from outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas showed almost 950,000 US job cuts this year through September, the highest year-to-date total since 2020—and that was before the heavy October run of announcements. (Excluding that first year of the Covid-19 pandemic, US job cuts in the first nine months have already surpassed full-year layoffs for every year since 2009.) When something is almost the worst since the Great Recession, North says, “that’s not a very encouraging number.”

One of the most disappointing failures of the Dem party during this shutdown is the near absence of a powerful national message. Every Dem should be going home, appearing on local TV with the message. "Republicans will let the needy go hungry as blackmail to enable gutting Americans health care.

I never said it was Reagan. GWB was president in 2008. Obama was president in 2009. The years incarnation rates peaked. You have some important points but you sacrifice your creditability with unsupported claims than modifying your initial claims when the data doesn't support them.

Your changing the point of your statement. Biden wasn't president when the local & state sentencing guidelines were instituted when incarnation rate was highest (it was GWB). I am not justifying those guidelines. Just pointing out it appears your bitterness and anger is impacting your judgement.
