There are reports that the *entire* office of special education at the US Dept of Education has been cut. These hardworking folks ensure kids with disabilities get equal access to a quality education.

My late husband asked why I was so happy all the time. Not drugs, drink or other. Although, I was always soooo happy when running for no special reason, writing for no special purpose, cooking, singing, and simply being. Little did I know it was armament for life to come.
