I think a secret to aging gracefully (or at least "gracefully") is to think back on the simple restrictions that meant everything to you as a kid, but are laughable now.

It's petty, but when I hear the school bell ring next door I think "Have fun with math, kids, I'm gonna play Nintendo."

Hey hey, appreciate the mention! Cool piece too! The chorus vocals really remind me of a treated style of Jon Titterington (aka JJT) from The Roof Beam Carpenters. His vocals kind of feel like a cousin of these when he gets going in “The Well”. :-)
