there was a wild SVU ep where Benson and Stabler travel to Toronto to talk to someone, and the "DUN DUN!" address reveal was for a street I used to live next to. I mean, it's the most unassuming side street you can think of, not a major artery. I wonder if they just picked a random address or what.

I've been writing about games since 2004 and however dire you think the games press might be right now, it's actually worse. Even AA and AAA game reviews are overlooked because there's no staff. Great new indie outlets are rising from the morass, but it's going to take a while for them to congeal.

I don't know anything about this behatted doofus, but I did read his arguments for legal incest because I've never seen someone commit so thoroughly to the bit that they pound the pulpit about how restricting brother/sister sex and the potential offspring that arise from said union is eugenics. 💀

I don’t know if Squeenix is litigious about their artwork, but I’ll tell you who is, Yoshitaka Amano.

Above all else this is a failure of publishing. The writer takes the blame of course but the buck stops with the editor. It’s like not even a single fact was checked.

I genuinely thought WRM was sorry and wanted real correction instead of being “torn to shreds,” so I told him why his book is bad without calling him names or anything. He thanked me and seemed serious about it. Then he turns around and says SIKE so I guess I’m the stupid asshole for trying. 🤷‍♀️
