It’s okay, we were called “unhomed crackheads” (???) when we didn’t respond with outrage at her parents financial contributions. I don’t understand why more people didn’t see that as an obvious indicator of the city’s unaffordability instead of something to be ashamed of.

TL;DR: Harrell has claimed his opponent is an out-of-touch elite because she has received help with her $2,000-a-month child care while campaigning. Meanwhile, he spent tens of thousands of his own vast wealth on luxury upgrades to travel the city provides to mayors free of charge.

We have a mayoral race in Seattle that’s a big deal for us (young, progressive, pro-union @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social running against old establishment corporate money dem) and it’s not getting talked about because, well, Seattle. But it’s our own Zohran/Adams race, and we are so excited!!

Yeah this is the part that is so ridiculous, if he really was after minimizing the damage caused by drugs in America this would never have been on the table to negotiate, it would be sanctioned. He does not care.
