Due to being disabled, I was in special ed classes throughout most of my schooling. The teachers, assistants, speech therapists, staff, etc. worked tirelessly - often without help or aid - for their students to not only get a fair shake, but to thrive too. I wouldn’t be who I am today without them.

discord's new terms of service DO have a mandatory arbitration clause for the United States and Canada, you have 30 days to opt out by emailing an opt out notice to arbitration-opt-out@discord.com. this has been your standard "for the love of god do not waive your right to a jury trial under any circumstances" notice

I sent an email that was "I am opting out of the agreement to arbitrate for the account (username) as of (current date)", and i sent it from the email associated with that account.
