I went to that game. That was the first game that Dame was DNP as the Blazers all of a sudden steered hard into the tank. I remember because I was hoping they would wait until after that homestand to tank.

Chauncey is SOOOO busted.

an FBI official says the alleged NBA gambling ring involves the "Toronto Rangers" (not a real team), which doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the quality of their investigation

Yeah, rumors aren’t enough reason to launch an investigation. Lots of reasons to believe Chauncey did everything he could to keep his new boss in the dark on this.

I’m pissed for the same reason. But looking at the details, the Blazers have no choice but to terminate the relationship. There’s no way Chauncey didn’t know he was involved in a scam.

I'm pissed because I have been an advocate for giving Billups a chance to coach post tanking to see what he can do.He deserves due process,and is presumably innocent,but he should've realized his involvement in alleged actions can effect everyone from his players to the broadcast team and beyond
