Rephrasing for clarity, but please do not use F&F (even blank ones) for commission payments; this is and ALWAYS HAS BEEN against ToS.

If you're getting paid for a service, use invoices.

F&F has no protections in place, especially for buyers, and using it to bypass fees is, again, against site ToS.

I'd bet they chose to tell this story in a gacha game for cost efficiency but they really had to condense it down, so there's a lot of telling-not-showing and no nuance.
