A sudden thought as I walk past a Hallowe'en display in autumnal colours: does anyone do/has anyone ever seen Hallowe'en done with full embrace of the fact it's late spring? I don't mean the kind that just sticks to pop cultural sorts of tropes.

My musical knowledge has largely faded so I don't really know how to express this better, but if you know at all how important music is to Middle-earth, and enjoy it yourself, you can just GET how well Howard Shore understood the assignment of scoring those movies.
