Ofwat - failed regulator - is fining Thames Water’s customers £75m for TW’s poor performance! We pay the fines. If they fined CEO Chris Weston - at least the £195,000 bonus he got for nothing - then things would change. Ofwat has also given TW a star for performance flooding the Thames with sewage!
