I used to think people would learn to filter truth from disinformation. But it is more common to see people filter what they want to believe is true and dismiss what they don't.

This is SO Trump. He doesn't want to do the THINGS that you do to EARN a trophy. He just wants the trophies. Big, gaudy trophies honoring him. Somewhere in his early life, something very bad happened, or something very important did not happen.

If we are lucky, heartland America will demand action, and Republicans in Congress will fear their constituents more than they fear Trump. It could end very quickly for Trump.

And the lesson in this is that fascism cannot be defeated as fascism. It dies because fascists are economic idiots.
