I don't know how literal the idea of Dhamaka aspiring to produce 'sensory overload' is, but I genuinely had an acid-trip-like experience from your Malai Lassi, Baingan Bharta, and Paneer Methi last night. Thank you for a genuinely unforgettable -- if a little unnerving -- birthday. The experience was probably supercharged by neural tenderness from a recent migraine, but the cycling of dissonance and consonance in flavors is really gonna stick with me for years.

I've had tons of data-processing work to do recently for day-job and LLMs are so helpful with that that for the first time I understand why some people love them so much and are defensive about them. They're sort of like cars in that way
