If members of the United States military are truly being paid their salaries by a private individual, the American people should know who that individual is. Now.
Someone owns our military now and we need to find out who.
Our military is being paid by an anonymous donor.

Our WH East Wing was demolished for a ballroom - paid for by donors.

These aren’t acts of benevolence or patriotism.

This is the oligarchy assuming control, insidiously becoming part of how we function.

Every American should reject it.
Has anyone gotten Melania's opinion on them bulldozing the offices of the First Lady?

Anyone? Crickets.
So I wonder which corporation owns our military now.

Private donors to the Pentagon and donors to the ballroom is a serious alarm.

That's not how this works.

Stop this now.

Nearly a third of American adults are functionally illiterate.
They say books won’t change the world.

Tell that to every colonizer who burned them.

To every enslaved person who was punished for reading.

Literacy is resistance.

Literacy is liberation.

The library is a battlefield.

But Obama spent $376 million.

1. Bush requested the spending, not Obama.

2. Congress approved it.

3. The money was spent to upgrade the aging infrastructure in the 200-year-old building.

4. They didn’t tear down 1/3 of the White House.

5. They didn’t lie about it to the American people.
Unraveling claims about $376M White House renovation under Obama
While a large White House renovation project took place during Obama's presidency, some posts omitted key context or shared misleading claims.

Anyone smell that? Smells like a swamp.
Would have loved to see the due-diligence on this one. 🤡

Does Stephen Miller realize he doesn't make the damn rules?
@positivegrid.bsky.social has an AI built into their Spark app that will help you find the guitar tones you're looking for.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm excited to see how it deals with tone descriptions like "Make it sound more shloompy."
The party of fiscal responsibility strikes again.

Today, the White House Press Secretary told the country that this ridiculous damn ballroom is “the president’s main priority”…not reopening the government, not lowering the cost of groceries, not lowering the cost of housing, not lowering the cost of healthcare….building a ballroom
An open book test for people who can't read. Maybe if they gave them the info in a sketchy looking YouTube video instead?
Soooo, it's not just about illegal immigration then, huh.
A man was arrested for playing Darth Vader's theme music, "The Imperial March," behind National Guard troops walking through Logan Circle.

Now the ACLU is suing on his behalf. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Uh huh. And he discovered real quick that the Bay wasn't going to put up with it.
I'm sure he'll have all the plans "in two weeks".

FYI :“Destruction of federal property is a federal crime. 18 U.S. Code § 1361 defines the crime as willfully injuring or committing any depredation against U.S. government property. If the damage exceeds $1k it is a felony with a fine, up to ten years in prison or both.”

Awaiting law enforcement.
"Enhanced security features" either means it'll have Russian cameras in it or he's building a ballroom that doubles as a panic room when the military goes to haul his ass out of there.

Elections shouldn’t be rigged by politicians. California Prop 50 stops that — temporary maps, permanent fairness.
Mail your ballot today. Share this with someone who cares about democracy.
Your vote doesn't just help you — it helps everyone.
