In a lot of ways this comes off like a horror movie from the 80s- the effects are largely practical and sometimes charmingly bad, the acting is frequently broad, and even though it’s in English, almost everybody has a thick accent, even American-coded characters

That’s the downside- I drink so much caffeine that morning coffee isn’t so much a pickmeup as it is “how I achieve baseline”, and if I don’t get it I’m half-asleep for hours

I get a lot of “with an extra shot” drinks but it’s mainly bcz I want it to *taste* strong bcz I like the taste of coffee. The side effect is that I consume a stupendous amount of caffeine every day in service to taste

In the morning it perks me up; in the middle of the day it’s like nothing; and at night it’s gonna take me a minute to fall asleep. I drink *a lot* of caffeine but it doesn’t do nothing to me
