Idaho is very conservative Red and home to white supremacists and militias, so the thought of middle easterners coming in to build and staff their own military base is not going to go over very well.

I read where Pedo Prez has promised Qatar A NATO like protection deal which he can't actually do without Congressional approval but I did not see anything about Qatar building a military airbase in the US, which would also need Congressional approval.
