Tomorrow is the first day back at church since the shooting an hour north. I dunno how to feel about a lot of things.

Better said...I feel a lot of things all at once. Plus the goings on in the world.

Plus the recent more explicit calls from church leaders to be peacemakers, which is needed.

This may have also been the Sunday school teacher claiming the fossils on the pyramids proved Noah's flood. The first day I went back to church after the move and my divorce. Alone and accepting I'm gay and can't closet anymore...and I was like...well...I don't know if I belong here.

Oh apropos of nothing. A CBP officer, who may have attended my church, got arrested for soliciting a 12-14 y.o. minor online who turned out to be an FBI agent.

Super conservative guy. With a wife and kid.

Blindsided a lot of us. But it really does fit the stereotype.
