you cannot sit around all day watching your cameras and making yourself sick convincing yourself of things that "almost" happened. if something happens, pull the footage and deal with it. if nothing actually happened then move on and stop giving yourself a complex

it's crazy how fast it's escalating, I think like 20% of my left torso is impacted right now and at the rate it's going I know it's going to get worse and I really don't know how I'm gonna deal with this without heavier medication
