"Projection Edge" is about four souls who discover a wondrous cosmic plane beyond the world they know -- as well as dangers to the world they DO know!

Read it at: www.projectionedge.com or projectionedge.thecomicseries.com!

Or binge-read it all at comicfury.com/read/project...!

Let's do the time pork again

Well, you were good at it, then.

The good side effect is that it instills in him a sense of wanting to look SO FAB

I read it, it was pretty interesting.

Torturer: We've tried the iron maiden, the rack, the thumbscrews and the comfy chair, but you've somehow survived them all! You leave us with no choice but to inflict upon you the WORST PAIN of ALL!!
Me: No...no...NO!! ANYTHING but that! Anything but making me look at my FIRST DRAFT DIALOGUE!!!

It is honestly kind of sobering to think of how many of my favorite musicians will be leaving us in the next ten years.

Ah, fall. Beautiful changing colors, cooler weather, and violence.

Oh, he is indeed good. Very penetrating and aware.

I think people would mock me choosing someone like N**l P***t, but I think overall he was very good at what he did.

Ian Anderson can be extremely emotional and poetic.

Andy Partridge is great at using offbeat imagery, wordplay and clever turns of phrase to express a vibe.

Just call 'em my faves.

I also need to know: I am fairly middle-of-the-road on Taylor Swift but someone I know called her the Greatest Living Lyricist. She is not.

Who is yours? Either the greatest or your favorite?

As long as we're Muppetizing art films, have my own contribution from my archives

In "The Rebel Without Claws," Tweety plays a Confederate messenger and Sylvester a Union operative. Since, as usual, the kittycat was the villain here, I asked my Dad why the South was being painted as the heroes in this cartoon. He found it VERY awkward explaining the "Lost Cause" thing.

I have no patience for any Civil War drama steeped in the Lost Cause mythos. It's rather embarrassing (and yet sadly appropriate) that America's first major film blockbuster was the most racist Lost Cause thing ever, going so far as to promote the KKK as heroic.

Oh yeah, not really KNOCKING "Kane," it just feels more like artifice compared to "Casablanca." But there's a lot in "Kane" that's very worthwhile.

I haven't seen "Gone With the Wind," as I haven't really felt the need to.

Seriously, there are times when the page is utterly falling apart on the comic art board, and since I'm a severe "waste-not-want-not" kinda guy, I just make up my mind that there's going to be even MORE sliding-puzzle style maneuvers on the computer to make it presentable.

The more I see of this, the more HP feels like the library in "Ghostbusters" covered in years of black mold and suffering from a roach infestation.

I like the off-panel tail, but lately I've just been using "words in quotes" more often to indicate an off-screen speaker. I've grown to really like it.
