When I applied for youngest he wasn't quite 16, but they insisted it needed to be an adult one as he was so close. So his picture is going to be super young. He will look totally different at 26!

It's for a 10 year British passport and yes you have to pay to renew. All passports cost. Here in Holland I think they're about 75 for a 10yr, something like that.

No wonder people can't afford passports. The passport itself is £178 quid, plus extra 30 to send returned passport signed postage overseas. Every time I send docs it cost me 15 euros (this is 3rd for this application). Luckily I don't have to pay for certificates.

The UKPassport office are so infuriating. Doing eldest's, they asked for my birth certificate, sent it, they say 'the name's not the same, send more evidence'. Duh! His has his father's name, PLUS they had ALL the certificates for his brother. Annoying. So they'll get a certificate dump! Fuckers.

ugh. I had one last week who tried to convince me that they wanted to feature my almost 10 year old book in some place that had no website, or social media, but for me to pay a fee for them to do it. When I asked for any evidence they were not a scam I got a meetup link to random groups.
