It looks like academia dot edu very quietly deleted this clause, today, possibly in response to the increased reporting and documentation on this, including here:

After our outward flight being cancelled literally as we were being boarded, we finally made it to France for our Parc Asterix and Paris visit.

Parc Asterix has been a bucket list location for so long, Paris was awesome and Roissy was beautiful!
