i am very particular and 'tistic about certain tropes in the fantasy genre because of the historical implications

even if it's unintentional, it comes from somewhere, and understanding where certain patterns come from is an aspect of understanding writing and reading beyond the surface

That and there are other ways to “adapt” to an AI-flooded market that aren’t just “shrug and use the same slop tool everyone else is using”

In our case we’re making a concerted effort to film BTS content, create art books, and advertise our Anti-AI stance so we have credibility in the slop-era!

“Adapt or get left behind” as the go-to motto for AI evangelists will never not be funny to me, because like, your thing is designed to be able to be used by anyone. That’s the whole point. Adapt to what? Learn how to type? Yeah, I better get on that early so my typing skills get sharper. 😆
